Girls Who Lift: Beginners

This course will teach you everything you need to know from weight training for women beginners, to lifting free weights in the gym with confidence. From mastering the perfect technique in the squat, deadlift, pull up, hip thrust and other big exercises, to learning how to set up your own programme. At the end of the course, you'll know exactly what to do to get strong and toned whilst losing fat.

Improvers is designed to help you fine-tune your technique in the main lifts and free-weights. From building your squat, learning advanced exercises like the pull up to educating you on how to program your workouts, this course will help any girl wanting to accelerate their results and get the body they want. This course is to help those with the basic lifting knowledge, but helps show you how to lift heavier and intensify your workouts.
