TeamMama: Pre and Post Natal Programme - book today and get your first class free!

Whether you are pregnant and looking to train safely and effectively, or are postnatal and looking to build up your fitness and get your body back, this 12-week programme will give you the confidence, support and guidance to achieve your fitness goals.

It is perfect to do with friends, but also a fantastic way to meet new people and to bring mums and mums-to-be together.

TeamMama are highly experienced pre and postnatal exercise specialists who will work closely with you, whatever stage of your fitness journey, specifically focusing on:

  • Healing tummy separations
  • Core restore
  • Improving fitness levels
  • Toning and strengthening your body
  • Pelvic floor work
  • Functional exercise
  • Goal setting
  • Safe training during pregnancy

Each 12-week course includes:

  • 12 weekly classes
  • Initial one-to-one assessment of needs
  • Development of a tailored exercise programme
  • Ono-to-one monitoring of progress (6 week review)
  • One-to-One follow up (12 week review)

How much are pre and post natal courses?

We believe there are occasions when it is important to try before you buy. And this occasion is perfect for that!

Come along to your first pre/post natal class for free. Simply email us your interest and we will get you booked into a class.

Our 12-week programme will then cost just £99 for both Surrey Sports Park members and non-members.

Once you have attended your 12-week course, you can then purchase a class pass for just £80 - allowing you to attend 10 classes. Alternatively you can pay as you go at £10 per class.

During the weekly TeamMama class you will be worked hard to challenge your cardio, strength and core fitness, at a level appropriate to you as an individual; the perfect combination to help you maintain your fitness and strength during pregnancy or regain your fitness and body after giving birth and beyond.

Babies and toddlers are welcome - they can remain seated in their buggy or join you on your mat during core work! Uniquely each TeamMama class is run by two trainers, allowing time and resources for that extra attention to help you perfect your technique ensuring you get the most from your workout.

In addition this allows classes to be adapted or divided to ensure exercises are appropriate for ladies whatever their ability. Is also means there may be a spare pair of hands to help with your little one!

TeamMama specialists are fully qualified level 3 personal trainers and pre/post natal exercise specialists. They are also mums themselves so completely understand the emotions, problems and complications that can arise.

Please note, to participate in this programme post pregnancy you must have had your 6-8 week check from your GP and the go-ahead to exercise.
