No Strings Badminton

No fuss, just fun! All the flexibility of badminton pay and play sessions and a great way to meet other adult players in a social setting. Equipment is provided for all participants. Suitable for beginner/intermediate players.

Back to Netball

Back to Netball provides a gentle introduction to the sport for female players over sixteen years of age. Sessions are coach led and cover basic skill development and court play. The emphasis of these sessions is on learning new skills and having fun playing netball with friends. Whether it is about rediscovering sporting abilities you forgot you had or about getting active again, these sessions cater for all abilities.


A fun and friendly racketball session for players of all ages and abilities. Play games and practice racketball skills.

Walking Basketball

Walking Basketball provides low impact, cardio exercise, incorporating constant brisk walking. It improves fitness, and is mentally challenging. Playing as part of a team, it brings a sense of camaraderie which is fun and rewarding.


Come climb the summit with an amazing indoor climbing experience for people of all ages and abilities to try climbing for the first time, or a regular climber. Our Surrey Summit Staff will be on hand to help you reach the top!

Walking Netball

A slower version of the game, designed so that anyone can play it regardless of age and fitness level. It is also good for those who have dropped out of the sport due to serious injury and those who thought they had hung up their trainers years ago!

Squash Step

This session is suitable for those players who have the basic knowledge and understanding of squash, but want to improve their game play against other opponents.

Choose to Lose

You can get a taste of what our Choose to Lose sessions are like for our teams that begin their weightloss journey in the new year. Join our team leaders in a exercise sessions designed to help you lose weight in a team enviroment.

Behind the Diet

Are you someone that struggles with yo-yo dieting? Do you lack motivation when it comes to eating healthy long term? Or are you on a diet that seems to have little effect? Behind the Diet will solve your problems and help you turn your bad habits into a long-term healthier lifestyle by not just considering your diet, but everything else behind it.


Battlecamp is a bootcamp designed to challenge participants to their max. Battlecamp is an outdoor session to challenge your speed, strength, agility and stamina and will take your fitness to the next level.

Yoga for Beginners

This yoga session focuses on common conditions affecting the everyday life of help generate a feeling of wellbeing. You can expect simgle yoga techniques to relax, stretch and strengthen your back, neck and shoulders safely or practice yoga poses and sequences to help correct imbalance, improve alignment and relieve pain.
