Bodywise

This 8 week course will provide you with 2 hour sessions as a starting point to take case of your body inside and out. Sessions include basic exercise, meal planning, stress, sleep, self-esteem workshops and more. This course will enable you to live a happier and healthier lifestyle.

Yoga Solutions

This range of yoga courses focuses on common conditions affecting the everyday life to help alleviate pain and discomfort, increasing your mobility and generate a feeling of wellbeing. Each course will have a specific focus on either stress relief, back pain or muscle imbalances.

You can expect to learn simple yoga techniques to relax, stretch and strengthen your back, neck and shoulders safely or practice yoga poses and sequences to help correct imbalances, improve alignment and relieve pain.
